Why child’s nasal irrigator tip:
It’s highly admired by the patients after we started using the Sanvic pulsatile nasal irrigator in our clinic to treat various rhinitis, rhino-sinusitis or common cold. Though many kids can use the adult nasal irrigator tip smoothly, there are still some kids scared of washing the nose with warm saline. We found some parents forcing their kids to try the adult irrigator tip (the parents tried it and felt comfortable and useful, or saw other kids used it with smile) but were refused by the kids, the conflicts or arguments between the parents and the kids occurred thereafter. So we designed this patent child’s pulsatile nasal irrigator tip to help the kids to try. The warm saline from the child’s irrigator tip will enter into and flow out from the same nasal cavity, without entering into the nasopharynx. So it can reduce the incidence of choking or flowing down to the throat than the adult tip. More children can accept the pulsatile nasal irrigator by trying the child’s nasal irrigator tip first, and now we can hear frequently that the kids told to her mother proudly : I’m smart ! I have washed my nose ! We recommend that it’s better to try the child’s nasal irrigator tip first for the kids under 10 years old. Then try the adult nasal irrigator tip gradually only when he is adapted and feels comfortable with the usage of nasal irrigation.
