We are very confident about the quality, reliability and performance of our products. If your machine requires repair within one month after purchase, we’ll replace it.
One-year warranty:
We provide one-year warranty to our pulsatile nasal/sinus irrigator. We provide free repair service if the machine is used under directions and user’s instruction.
No-Lemon Guarantee:
If your machine requires repair more than three times for the same reason in the first 12 months after purchase, we’ll replace it.
Shipping and manufacturing warranty:
Please notify us immediately (within 7 days after purchase) prior to usage if you find any defect, wrong item or shortage of amount of your order due to manufacturing or shipping, we’ll replace it.
Extended warranty for the 2nd year:
100% parts and labor coverage (Handling and shipping fee not included)
No-Lemon Guarantee:
if your product requires more than 3 repairs for the same problem during the warranty period, we’ll replace it.
You can buy the extended warranty for the 2nd year within one month of your purchasing our pulsatile sinus irrigator.
