If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us within 10 days of purchase, we will give you a full refund (delivery charges are non-refundable).
You can never experience the comfort and health by the pulsatile nasal irrigator without trying it. We encourage you to try our Sanvic pulsatile sinus irrigator with the 20 packets of buffered salt included in the unit, because we still accept your return even if you have tried the machine within 10 days after purchase. The returned machine will never be sold to others again due to hygienic reasons.
The 20 packets of buffered salt included in the unit are not required to be returned back.
